How does the blowable candle work?

The blowable candle uses a small breath sensor. When you blow on the flame, it detects the airflow and the flame goes out — just like a real birthday candle. It's one of our most beloved features and always gets a reaction!

How do the music and lights work?

Cards with music and lights are activated when you open the card. A small built-in speaker plays a melody and LEDs illuminate the 3D scene. The battery is pre-installed and ready to use right out of the box.

How long does the battery last?

How long does shipping take?

Orders are delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch. During peak periods please allow a little extra time. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Can I return a card if I simply changed my mind?

We handle change-of-mind returns on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll do our best to help. Cards must be unused and in original packaging.
